The Company
Established in 2023, Biga Italian Bakery strives to bring Italian bakery traditions to Singapore.


Our company name comes from “Biga”, a pre-ferment made of flour, water, and fresh yeast which ferments for approximately 24hrs in a controlled temperature environment. This method helps to create products rich in flavor, extremely easy to digest, and with an exceptional airy crust.

We offer a wide range of savory bakery products. We are mostly focused on par-baked pizzas, focaccia, flatbread, gluten-free products, and more.
